Technical Specifications: The Tip Top IV is a First Class Steel-hulled Motor Yacht, built to impeccably high standard in Guayaquil/Ecuador (2006).

Facilities and Accommodations: The Tip Top IV can accommodate up to 16 passengers in ten cabins, each with two lower berths; berths may be arranged as double bed if requested in advance. Each cabin has a private bathroom with toilet, shower, washbasin, vanity, and hair dryer, plus a small dresser, closet, and safe. All cabins have air conditioning with individual temperature controls. Public areas include a spacious dining room with bar, salon with couches, TV, VCR, DVD player, and library, and rear and top sun decks. All cabins and indoor areas have air conditioning and the cabins and salon are fully carpeted.

Navigation and Safety Equipment: Twin Raymarine E1250 GPS, Radar and Ecosounder, Twin UNIDEN UM 625c VHF /DSC, Furuno FS - 1530 HF Radio, twin Youlong KHA 2331 life rafts for 25 passengers, Twin DEUTZ BF8M 1015 MC 442 HP engines. Twin ONAN 6BS.9-D (M) electric generators, Village Marine Tec Oil / Water Separator, TIDAL HEADHUNTER TW - 200 water purifier, three Yamaha 25 HP four stroke ecologically sound outboard motors, magnetic compass, barometer, thermometer, helm indicator, searchlight, horn, 50 life jackets, fire and smoke detectors, complete fire system, Twin 19 feet Nautical RIB Inflatable boats with 25 HP outboard motor for 16 passengers each. Safety equipment complies with international Coast Guard regulations.

Equipment: The ship is equipped with a freezer, ice maker, refrigerator, electric range with grill and oven, reverse osmosis seawater desalinators (1,500 gallons/day), air conditioning (Aqua Air Chill Water System), hot and cold freshwater pressure system, and royal flush toilets. Masks, snorkels, and fins are available for use at no charge; there are no wetsuits onboard.
